Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our studio and Pilates Reformer
Your questions
We answer everything
Absolutely! Our classes are designed to welcome people of all levels, including complete beginners. We will guide you through the fundamentals and ensure you progress safely.
Pilates Reformer is suitable for almost all ages. However, we recommend consulting a doctor before starting any new exercise programme, especially if you have specific age-related or health concerns.
While Pilates Reformer is primarily focused on strengthening and toning, it can be an excellent complement to a weight loss programme by improving your posture, increasing muscle mass and improving your overall metabolism.
The ideal frequency can vary according to your personal goals, but generally practising 2 to 3 times per week allows you to see significant improvements in terms of strength, flexibility and overall wellbeing.
For your Pilates Reformer sessions, we recommend wearing comfortable, fitted clothing that allows freedom of movement and good visibility of your posture. Avoid clothing that is too loose or too tight.
Pilates Reformer is often recommended to improve back strength and posture. However, if you suffer from back problems, it is essential to consult your doctor and inform your instructor so that exercises can be adapted accordingly.
You can book a session via our website, our Instagram page or by calling us directly on 05 37 65 29 60. We recommend booking in advance to guarantee your place.
We ask all practitioners to arrive 10 minutes before class, wear comfortable fitted clothing, maintain a calm and respectful environment, and inform the instructor of any health concerns. If you have symptoms of illness, please stay home out of respect for everyone. Visit our Studio Rules & Useful Information page for full details.
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the class starts. After that deadline, the session is considered due and non-refundable. We recommend cancelling or modifying your booking as early as possible if you cannot attend.
Our classes are capped at a maximum of 8 participants. This small format ensures personalised follow-up, close attention from your instructor, and faster progress compared to large group classes.
We recommend avoiding food for at least one hour before your session. Practising on a light stomach promotes abdominal comfort, better breathing, and greater focus throughout the exercises.
Pilates Reformer can be beneficial during pregnancy, but it is crucial to consult your doctor and inform your instructor of your condition so that exercises can be safely adapted.
